ABOUT ME

I am a former competitive athlete with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. My background spans multiple disciplines, including:

  • Soccer
  • Track & Field
  • Figure Skating
  • Aerobics
  • Bodybuilding

I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami and an MS in Special Education and Physician Assistant Studies. My journey in fitness began in my teens when I worked as a fitness trainer, offering nutritional counseling and personalized exercise programs while competing in bodybuilding.

Now, as a Physician Assistant specializing in medical weight loss and pain management, and as a fitness trainer, I focus on:

  • Strength & Resistance Training
  • Flexibility & Functional Training
  • Fat Loss & Muscle Building
  • Injury Rehabilitation
  • Nutritional Guidance

My goal is to help others achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, tailored to their unique needs.

Building a Stronger, Healthier You

Why Weight Training Matters

Weight training builds muscle strength and mass, boosts metabolism for fat loss, and enhances bone density to prevent osteoporosis. It improves posture, balance, and functional movement while reducing injury risk and supporting pain management. As a physician assistant and trainer, I use it to help clients achieve a stronger, healthier body tailored to their goals.

Why Cardiovascular Exercise Matters

Cardiovascular exercise (e.g., running, cycling, swimming) boosts heart and lung health, burns fat, and improves metabolism, aiding weight loss and reducing risks of heart disease and diabetes. It enhances blood flow to ease pain, supports injury recovery, and releases endorphins to lift mood and reduce stress. Vital for longevity and daily function, cardio is a key tool I use to help clients achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle tailored to their needs.

Why Rehabilitating an Injury Matters

Rehabilitating an injury restores strength, mobility, and function, preventing chronic pain and re-injury. It speeds recovery, improves quality of life, and supports long-term health. As a physician assistant and trainer, I guide clients through tailored rehab to ensure they heal effectively and regain confidence in movement.
